Very chilly this morning. Despite all the sightings recently reported at Asgbridges I found it pretty quiet.
No sign of the Pine warbler, Eastern Towhee, no YB sapsucker and no wrens. I did spot a Brown Thrasher
again but it was no more than a fleeting glimpse. About three Hermit thrush, about a dozen RC Kinglets
(mostly high up in the trees) and a couple that came down to my level. A single RB nuthatch and a few
Myrtle warblers (Eastern Yellow-rumped). Also failed to find the reported Northern Waterthrush. Saw a
couple of Flicker and they were not taking visitors today.
