This is a tiny compact and stream-lined bird with a sharp pointed beak.
Vireo are medium-small in body mass and they have a thicker bill with a
notable hook at the tip. Your superb capture does not appear to be so
equipped and is therefore a warbler. This warbler immediately reminds
me of an immature Chestnut-sided but its crown is gray. A Tennessee
has the same nice olive back but the immature bird might have a gray
crown. So, I'm thinking immature Tennessee and I must admit I like
punching those double letters. Keep in mind that when I get to thinking
no good can come of it so you will need the advise of someone with
actual experience. You got to go to Pelee? I'm jealous, so why should
I help you. I'm sure it's a Goshawk. So there!

Hi, just a note of clarification.  Your photos are good for an adult Tennessee.  With females now joining males in migration there can be a great deal of variation in the adults, between the sexes and even within one sex.  Your Cape May in another post is one of the most variable, especially for the females.
