What, if anything, have YOU done to support Ontario's wildlife?

Re: proposed amendments to Ontario's Endangered Species Act - Making it easier for Developers ... even while it's devastates wildlife.

We have until May 18th to participate in the public consultation. The Ministry is accepting public comment on the proposed changes through the Environmental Registry up until May 18.

From Ontario Nature website:

Our most vulnerable species are on the chopping block.

"Ontario’s Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) is misleading the public by claiming that its recently proposed amendments to the Endangered Species Act, 2007  (ESA) will “improve outcomes for species at risk.” On the contrary, the changes put forward would improve outcomes only for developers and industry laggards who want the unfettered ability to sweep aside protections for our most vulnerable plants and animals."
