A good example of nature's camouflage in that the dark breast steaks look like dried-up leaves
and the pale belly resembles the snowy background. Had the oak leaves been some other smaller
and darker type of spent leaves the effect would have been even better, although this shot showcases
the camo potential quite nicely as is. Saw a RTH today as well on the way to a doctor appt. It was
perched at the apex of a tree in the pretentious Altona Forest as seen from Altona Road. Thanks
