No, not since the clubs have been closed.
Oh, you mean animals, and such.
Well, I saw an opossum yesterday but it was past its 'best before' date;
it was expired ... met with a fate indistinguishable from death. That
was in the Rouge, which is "closed" and I guess transcresion has its price.
The city installed a fence, with posts in holes, to keep people from parking
in the gravel lot. Now they park on the road, at the entrance to trails and
wherever a vehicle can be stationed, whether it's safe, or not. Our taxes
paid for a useless fence. Keeping hikers away from the park is like trying
to keep bears away from a dump. In light of our new virtual life maybe the
best question would be retrospective. What is the most interesting wildlife
you have seen in the GTA parks in the past. The present sucks. The future
is ... well. I can't think of an appropriate word that is well-received.

I do see a deer from time to time, a groundhog, and a rabbit. I have not seen a fox. Everybody is talking about them, I just never have any luck.

Apparently an alligator was spotted in Brampton / mississauga...oh wait...it was a beaver...an understandable mix up. They're very similar what with their huge fangs and big tails.  :roll:

Don't forget their penchant for slapping the water.
