Saw two male Rose-breasted Grosbeak in a tree across the street here in west Pickering. They were located on a relatively low branch, not up in the developing canopy. The two males were often just inches apart and completely in violation of social distancing guidelines. It was an avian bromance, for sure. Since I was taking a family member for a walk using a walker I was not about to abandon my charge in order to get my camera. By the time we returned the two grosbeaks were gone. Oh ya, I forgot to mention it … neither was wearing a mask.
