I agree with Indigo Bunting as well.
Never get to see one so I didn't even consider it.
The upper mandible is too small for House Finch and the
head is not shaped the same. There are the marks on the
wings (not present on fledgling HF) and the the streaks on
the breast do not extend all the way to the beak.
Lucky you! Seeing both adult IB and now immature and female.
For some reason IB are not keen on this vicinity. Too bad for me.
