Yes, that is a Dash 8 400 being prepared for it's flight test program.This Bay/hanger is the original Iron-bird, fatigue and static test Bay/hanger converted to Pre-flight & Delivery center.
There are 5 women who work in this Bay all on day shift. 1 is a licensed AME, 1 is a Licensed AME but working as a Category 1 inspector, 1 is a Interior technician , 1 is the Day Shift supervisor and 1 is a Senior Quality Log book Technician. The young man who instigated this against my will and took some photo's is an AME, Supervisor night shift, Master's of Engineering working on an MBA at U of T is originally from Nigeria.
A Very small group of people work in this secured bay, 2 shifts and a weekend group.
