Four Sides of a Say's Phoebe

An adult Say's Phoebe took a detour from his usual route between Mexico and Alaska and ended up on Stella 40 Foot Road in Amherst Island, near Kingston. It has been in that location for almost a week since it was first reported. So I decided to drop by on April 2nd before the third round of lockdown took effect on Saturday. It was a very cool and windy day and the bird stayed mostly on the side of the fire hall, protected from wind by the building. It is different from its Eastern cousin with its distinctive orange wash on its belly.
