Snake

I had a staff meeting this morning on Zoom by the window. And noticed something moving, hoped for a bird picking off grubs or seeds and turned out to be quite a large brown snake, hanging on a dry stalk, one metre or so from me. He left after I got out with the camera. What an experience!

Let me get this straight. You're at work and using ZOOM. You get some me time, finally,  and you go out and use your zoom, usually set at 600mm, and you probably get around from place to place in a Mazda ... which has zoom-zoom. A snake on a stalk is less troublesome than a snake-in-the-grass.
