It has the making of a Tennessee warbler: green back, eye line and very pointed beak. The second shot of the Cape May is really quite nice - good pose, good exposure, excellent detail. I've never been able to get a good shot of a Cape May because I seldom get to see one in the field. Maybe I should try the woods. You've really hit the jackpot this spring. Around here in Pickering it is pretty dead. Still no warblers. If none arrive in the next few days it will be a bust. The most that I can hope for are a few regulars around the 14th and then probably nothing after that.
Going into the woodlot now for a half hour but do not expect much.
