Hey! We are back!
I guess it was Monday, I was walking along Tiny Beaches Rd. just about to round the corner to the Beach when I heard an odd sound in the thick Cedar Bush at the corner of Balm Beach rd at the restaurant there.
So I stopped have a look and here is a Catbird singing away four feet away from me about 6 feet up. I watched it for a few minutes and proceeded to the Corner store to pick up a few Beverages.
On my way back I stopped again and watched the bird for a little while longer. The bird didn't even flinch, I was really close.
On Tuesday before we departed for home I had at least one Baltimore Oriole in the tree tops around the house. Maybe they were checking out the feeder thiny.
