I saw Water thrush twice!
Veery was obliging too.
Can't say that about the Commln Yellow throat. There are a few.

The BG Gnatcatcher paused for a portait featuring his unibrow.
And can you ID this one?

Happy to see two wrens on the same day
Several Northern Perulas, not a single good shot.

Redstart singing everywhere.
The goose want a 'feeling cute, might delete later' photo.

Good haul of photos taken at a great place to haul. Like I said, CSS is a hot-spot and just look at the variety you managed to see in just one visit. There is no way that Petticoat Creek out east can compare to that. The bird after your gnatcatcher is a Blue-headed vireo. I just saw my FOY today. The sparrow is indeed a Swamp sparrow and the second wren a Marsh wren, which you have photographed before, ... I don't mean this particular bird because it wasn't even in the vicinity when you took your first Marsh wren shot ... so it has an alibi. Where were you birding exactly?

It was the same Marsh Wren. I took that in Centennial Park. Thanks for Iding the vireo, I kept looking for the tiny hook on the tip of his beak.
