Just after having commented that I haven't seen any sort of swallowtail yet this summer I discover a Black swallowtail in the backyard coming to rest on the leaves of Solomon's Seal instead of a flower. I immediately went in to get my camera. Now I'm waiting for a Giant Tiger Swallowtail.
