Finally a sunny morning and that's when I get up late. Had trouble adjusting the ISO setting on my camera because it was rusted into position at 1600. Didn't take many photos today because everything was avoiding me and I found myself cranking the ISO from 400 to 800 just because I was feeling nostalgic for the old days. A stranger walked up to me and slapped me in the face and told me to come to by senses. Just what I needed. I reduced it back to 400, but not before shooting a stunned-looking juvenile Magnolia warbler that couldn't believe I was doofus enough to use 800 in bright sunshine. Sightings included: juvenile Magnolia / juvenile Common Yellowthroat / almost mature Common Yellowthroat / juvenile American Redstart / Hermit thursh / juvenile Wilson's / two hummingbirds / juvenile Nashville / House wren / Red-eyed vireo / three catbirds / many juvenile Song sparrows / many goldfinches / and a few chickadees.
