Just a moment ago we were out side with the pooch , she initially said lets play then quickly said nope after one frisbee toss.
Across the street and up in the trees here is a Merlin screaming! What! I see a bird shaped like a small Falcon fly down the street but then another Merlin call from the same tree across the street. Dunno if it was two or one scaring off a Kestrel.
