Before 8 am I heard a Baltimore Oriole in the trees next door but could not spot it. Later while chilling in my driveway chair after yard work one flew onto the top of an Oak tree across the street say 70 feet up. It called a few times an flew on.
Last evening I caught a brief glimpse of a Red Headed Wood pecker in the canopy behind the house. The Red Headed travelled from tree to tree circling my house all outside of camera view/range. I know this because I followed the Call that it was making.
