What a windy day! Thankfully, at least there is some sun to compensate. Concession Road #3 (first N of Finch) did reveal a small flock of Snow buntings that didn't stay long. Once settled on the field they disappeared and did not relocate (as a group) often enough to be certain of their whereabouts. Once airborne, their white colour was glorious against the blue sky. There were over 50 robins on the sideline but they were flighty in the wind. There were two Red-tailed hawks (Ethan & a mate, perhaps). One was perched in a tree, facing south at quite a distance from where I was located. I got a closer shot of another RTH in a tree being harassed by the brisk wind. Where some seed had been dumped there were White-throated sparrows, Tree sparrows, Juncos, cardinals, and a blue jay, as well as the ubiquitous chickadees.
