I saw a dark brown duskywing, I believe, in a field on crown vetch in the Bayview and Finch area. Does anyone know how common indigo duskywings are in Toronto now and whether they have switched to crown vetch from their native food plants, as they have in the US? Any suggestions about what it may possibly be at this time of year would be appreciated. I do not have a photo.
