I live down the road from Marie Curtis Park and have done lots of biking and walking along the Etobicoke Creek Valley.  There is a family of at least 6 White Tailed Deer.  My mom and I once saw 5 White Tailed Deer while driving over the Etobicoke Creek off of Dundas St.  The White Tailed Deer family is now 6 since a fawn was born this spring.  I observed 2 White Tailed Bucks, a Doe, and a Fawn hanging out together countless times this year.  The White Tailed Deer Family hang out from the golf course just north of Dundas St. to just north of the Lakeshore Rd as I have seen them by the waterfall dam.  I have observed the White Tailed Deer family more than half the time I do my biking and walking here.  They hang out at different places at different times of the year.  In autumn, I observe them from just north of Lakeshore Rd to QEW.  In winter I observe them in the Dundas St. area.  In spring I observe them a lot in the Queensway area.  In summer I observe them from the Queensway area to just north of Lakeshore Rd.  I have seen 1 White Tailed Deer while biking north of Eglinton.  My mom and I observed a single White Tailed Deer track at Centennial Park.  People have seen White Tailed Deer at Centennial Park and my cousin sometimes saw White Tailed Deer at Centennial Gof Course when he used to work at Orbit Cafe beside Planet Bowl.

Very interesting.  What time of day have you seen them and when was your most recent sighting?

I sometimes see them during the day especially if I know the exact spot they are hanging out at because they sometimes spend a few days at a certain spot.  For example, a few days in a row, I have observed them in the Queensway Area by the railway tracks on the Toronto side, I have observed them a few days in a row in the Queensway Area but they would be across the Etobicoke Creek on the Mississauga side hanging out in the woodlot to the right of where the Little Etobicoke Creek empties into the Etobicoke Creek, and a few days in a row I observed them hanging out along the Little Etobicoke Creek not far from the Dunwyn Centre.  However, I see them mostly in the evening usually from 5:00pm-9:00pm.  I have never gone out early morning in this area but it would probably be good.  My most recent sighting was on a Sunday about just over 2 weeks ago.  I observed the Doe and her Fawn north of Lakeshore, north of the waterfall dam, just north of where the Erosion Control Rocks are.  I observed them when it was getting dark.  The White Tailed Deer here are used to people and you can get really close to them.
