My daughter and I counted 41 mourning doves surrounding our back yard feeder this morning during breakfast...  Over the years we may have counted about a dozen or so at the most at the feeder but never anything close to that amount...

Hi tleeder ... Howdy neighbour!  I'm in Meadowvale too, right by Lake Aquitaine!

Hi again.

I'm at Lake Aquitaine pretty much daily, at Lake Wabukayne about once per week lately and just recently discovered Osprey Pond/Marsh - loved seeing the bat houses at the pond and in the woods across the street!  Would be quite exciting to see them in use!  I wonder if anyone in the area has any photos of the bats?

I try to visit Rattray Marsh at least once every couple of weeks ... and then there's Timothy Street Park, Riverwood Park, Erindale Park, Sawmill Valley Trail, Meadowvale Conservation Area, etc.

So, if I walk by looking up and you walk by looking up are we going to walk right past each other without seeing each other or are we just going to bash into each other?  Ha Ha!

I'm the woman walking around bundled up, NOT a Winter Baby!

Jo-Anne  :)
