Common Redpoll -Looking for confirmation

I believe I saw a flock of Common Redpolls feeding on small pinecones at Humber Bay east this morning. They were in the trees on the east side of the big hill with bench on top of it. Has anybody seen these in the area I was hoping for a confirmation. I have some photos but I have not had time to look at them yet.

I saw a small group of 3-4 common redpolls on the leslie street spit last weekend.  Might be some of the same group?

Right now redpollls are moving through by lake ontario,i have had at least 50 hanging around my house here in Oakville by the lake. Siskins and goldfinches too

I saw a flock of eleven in my neighbourhood this morning (5 or 6 km west of Humber Bay as the redpoll flies), so they are definitely in the area.  I haven't seen any at my feeder yet.

i live in roncy villiage and a neighbour says he has seen redpols in his birch tree a few times in the past 2 weeks. they alsways show up when i'm at work so i never see them personally.

Today, I had two Common Redpolls at the nyger feeder. These are the first I've seen this winter. (Last year, in one day, there were 25 of the birds in our yard.) They are hanging out with a flock of Goldfinches and four Pine Siskins.

Might as well add my sightings to the pile. In my Dundas subdivision (town, not street) I've had white-winged crossbills on occasion, as well as redpolls and siskins. Peak numbers were about 6 goldfinches, maybe 20 siskins and perhaps 10 common redpolls. The numbers seem to change by the day, but they are certainly draining my nyjer seed!

I had a single Common Redpoll last weekend in my yard. I nearly missed him because he was with a mixed flock of Goldfinches (20) and Pine Siskins (9). It was fantastic, I've never seen one in my yard before.

This is my first year bird watching and I am hooked.
