Can anybody guess the birdy

Sorry for the lousy image quality, I don't know what is was thinking(duh) but the camera is set for the wrong Iso setting

Assuming it was photographed locally, I would start my guessing with a Red-headed Woodpecker.

A skip and a jump from where the Spotted Towhee was last week.
