Odd how I was late getting in today...my journey to work in Mississauga from Etobicoke was interupted by Shell Park, now how'd that happen? It was "hopping". Found the Wh.Eyed Vireo as reported yesterday but at the north end of the alottment gardens, added a Rusty Blackbird, Ruf.Towhee, Br.Thrashers(2), Chipping Sparrow, as yearlies. Honourable mentions to; Mockingbird, a displaying Ruby Cr. Kinglet (3), Wh.Throated Sparrows(6), Flickers(6), Hermit Thrushes(8), Juncoes(2), Winter Wrens(3), Phoebe, Creepers(5), Myrtle(7) and Pine wobblers, many in multiple numbers. The background was a plethora of Redwings, Grackles, Robins, Woodpeckers, Song Sparrows, Cardinals, Chickadees and heavy construction vehicles. Not too shabby for an hours 'work'.

I like the new format. Take a little getting used to, but better organized. Separates Spottings from RFI's and other notes.
