Hello again guys,

Got a couple pics:

Again I've looked thru my "Peterson's" but can't come to a solid conclusion.

Any help?  Thanks a bunch,

It looks like a male American Goldfinch that is transitioning from its drab winter plumage into its bright breeding plumage.

That is a nicely ripening goldfinch - I have one almost to that condition but the majority are still in winter plumage, I guess the girls greatly out number the guys in my yard. :-)

I have all the males here in Brampton! Colour change is happening rapidly. These are the guys who've stayed with me all winter. Bought another 5lb of niger seed for them today.
