Welcome to the wonderful world of free and open source software. I use Ubunutu too! It is great. Haven't used Windows for years!

Black Throated Blue Warbler

Hey!!  Yup

That was my first  "Black Throated Blue Warbler"

I guess I should have said that....I looked out the kitchen window and it was sitting on a tomato plant support that was stuck in the ground..Showed the family

and then proceeded to scare it away... not intentionally.. oops

Regarding Ubuntu..  Just starting ...I like it so far  lots of features...(My 15 year old mad scientist son is pushing it)

I am assuming you ment a white throated sparrow? I have had a couple here all morning too, feeding on the ground under my forsythia. Will keep my eyes peeled for a black throated blue warbler. Saw one  in the yard a few years ago and sure would like to see one again.
