Saw the following birds:
On Lake Ontario:
Mute Swans x 2
Double-crested Cormorants, 600+
Horned Grebes x 3
Bufflehead (female) x 1
Mallards x 3 (2m, 1f)
In the woods:
Blue Jays x 2
Cardinals (male) x 2
Brown-headed Cowbirds (male) x 2
Black-capped Chickadee x 1
Red-winged Blackbirds x 6 (4m, 2f)
Robin x 4
Catbird x 2
Lots of squirrels including a Red Squirrel. No sign of any Muskrats or Mink.
Arkendo Park: 1 block West of Winston Churchill Blvd., South side of Lakeshore Rd. (Oakville), located on East side of Arkendo Dr. (park car at end of Arkendo Dr.)
