Yellow Bird - Not a goldfinch

I'm thinking maybe a yellow warbler.  It looked a little smaller than a gold finch but chubbier.  It had a lovely song.  There were a few of them singing to eachother but this was the only one i managed to see.

I love those little guys ... they're so beautiful.  My wife nearly freaked when she first saw it, as we both knew it wasn't a gold finch, as well.  She quickly ripped open our field book to find out what it was.
