Okay, on second thought Tennessee is unlikely: They can show wing bars at this time of year, but not that prominently, and without that much contrast between the wing & body colour.
Pine, Bay-breasted and Blackpoll are also contenders. I wouldn't put too much faith in the colours. There appears to be a fair amount of chromatic abberration. ( I doubt there is really pink in primaries or in theat twig.)
I wouldn't try to make a positive ID from that photo, but my bet would be Bay-Breasted.
