two of the three young ones have fledged, this shot was taken about a week after they left the nest to a nearby tree.
the third chick being the youngest was no were to be found, but the two older ones were hanging around this tree still calling to the parents. This was taken in mid June. http://www.flickr.com/photos/sspike/3641994359/sizes/l/

You don't say where these were located? The 1st half dozen images in this gallery were taken this past weekend in High Park, Toronto. There were at least 4 hawks trying to fly / hunt without much luck
