Purple Martin Colony

I am looking into putting up some purple martin houses in Rouge Park, would anyone know of someone who has a colony or has any suggestions about possibly creating my own colony?  Is there a demand for purple martin houses in the GTA? Would there even be any scouts looking for homes??
