There are mudflats in Whitby harbour on the east side of Brock St. This afternoon present were 1 Stilt, 11 Pectoral, 4 Least, 1 Solitary and 1 Spotted Sandpiper, 5 Semi-palmated Plovers, 3 Greater Yellowlegs and 7 Lesser Yellowlegs.

And apparently I am starting a weekly Australian waterfowl escapee list (2 species in 2 weeks). For there is a Black Swan in the harbour with the Mute and Trumpeter Swans. Other waterfowl present included both Teal, Northern Shovelers, Gadwall, Mallard, and Canada Geese.
