Hi everyone.

This afternoon, went for a walk around Lake Aquitaine.  On the concrete barrier (NW corner of lake behind the community centre), someone has placed a medium size plastic Santa statue and put a Winter hat on his head.    I'm still trying to figure out how the person or people did this as the area is a bit fenced off plus the concrete barrier is covered in a lot of Canada Goose and gull poop.  Anyhow, it gave me a great laugh!  Hopefully Santa sticks around for awhile.

The other "red" sighting at the lake today was a beautiful male Cardinal.

Jo-Anne  :)

Lake Aquitaine:  SE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Aquitaine Ave., behind the Meadowvale Community Centre.

Here goes the most pathetic Christmas joke ever ...

Q:  You've heard of Rudolph but have you heard about a different reindeer?

A:  "Olive", the other reindeer.

I especially liked the yellow Winter hat placed on Santa's head - too funny.

Gerard is lucky enough to have a job that allows him literally a "bird's eye" view.  :D
Did you check out the Peregrine babies photos?
