the PW was out and about yesterday morning,and john,graham,and I,had fun watching him,for quite a while.again the lighting was poor,but managed a few shots with my new canon 7-d.fumbled a lot with the controls(guess i should read the manual) LOL. but it will come in time. no RBW,and no pintail.guess we cant all have a " MOIRA" day! LOL also a nice mallard hybrid frontal shot.

Super close up of the Pileated ... and the Bibbed Mallard too .. we saw one at High park last Monday .

Great find and photos.
There seems to be alot of these guys around this year.
They still always make me say "Wow" when I see them.
