I stopped by LaSalle Park to see if any new migrants arrived. By the pier it looked like the usual Mallards and Canada Geese, but I decided to walk to the end anyways.  There I saw 3 American Coots and a Pied-billed Grebe and a few Cormorants.  After a break in my car to wait out a hail storm I went to check out the other side of the park.  Spotted there whas a pair of Ruddy Ducks, a lone Trumpeter Swan, Many Buffleheads, and Redheads, more Coots and some Lesser Scaup.  As I walked back to the parking lot there were Chickadees, and a Hairy Woodpecker, and a Downy Woodpecker.  There was also a single Greylag Goose that has been at the park for over a month now, I think he's staying for the winter.
