a co-operative northern flicker from thickson woods,and what i think is a juvenile yellow-bellied sapsucker.

Do you think that's a young Flicker? I was just curious because his head looks so fluffy?

i,m not sure angie,but my field guide would suggest that it is.i,m hoping some experienced birder will clear this up for me,as i,m fairly new at it also,with my first year coming up next month.
