Birded Etobicoke Cr. north from Marie Curtis Pk. Using the 43rd St. entrance. on both Sat/Sun. Highlights included; Black & White, Y.Rumped and Pam Warblers. E.Towhees, Hermit Thrushes, 1 Blue Headed Vireo and at least 4 Bank Swallows (1 active 'den' spotted.. Honorable mentions to Belted Kingfisher, very red male Cardinals, white water rafting Mallards. Observed a couple of Mallards who seemed to be deliberatly running rapids. Twice the pair flew a short distance upstream and then aimed downstream in the fastest sections of water.
