Singing with all his heart...these little guys sound as good as they look.  Taken yesterday morning in Thickson's Woods (500 + 1.4X TC)

Thanks Egret...there were lots of different warblers (I saw about twelve species) and lots of activity (as well as vireos, scarlet tanagers & all the other regulars) so I'm sure your sister will have a great time.

We saw one of these in High Park behind Colbourne Lodge.  He was too fast and it was too cloudy for me to get a good shot.  Nice one you got!

A birth certificate shows we were born.  A death certificate shows we died.  Pictures show we live.

My favourite spot for warblers is in the north west corner of the woods in the mornings when the light is the nicest. However anywhere in the woods is good right now.  The meadow is great for swallows & I did see a Thrasher & some wood thrushes there on Friday.  You cant go wrong anywhere this time of the year.  Enjoy your trip tomorrow & I trust you see lots!

Sorry I missed you Stewart, I was there for a couple of hours this afternoon but there weren't many birds around at all.
