Philadelphia vireo...?

it just took a bath in a pond.

i thought it was a warbling vireo...but someone on Flickr suggested its a Philadelphia vireo.

Great shot & wing display Richard.....I always confuse Philadelphia & Red eyed vireos, so am no help with the ID

at Bluffer's Park, there's a water drainage/stream on the west side.
lots of birds around there.

I would say it's a Warbling Vireo.
