We had a fun time on Saturday in spite of the weather.
At Tiny Marsh we saw scads of Black Terns:
They were feeding on both sides of the dike.
At Wasaga Beach we saw the Piping Plovers. Like most shorebirds all we had to do was wait for the to come to us!
This fellow was unbanded:
