Hummingbird at East Don Parklands
on:

I saw a male hummingbird in breeding plumage at the East Don Parklands near Bathurst and Sheppard. Does anyone know if this would be a breeding bird or a late/early migrant?

I don't know for sure, but it seems more likely a local breeder than a migrant, as migration is far off (Victoria Day, Labour Day) for these guys.
