Hey!
Spotted a Northern Harrier flying low over the grassy infield near the runways this morning. It Then moved over the tracks and did the same over the new
drainage areas at Downsview park.
I had a good long look at it today. It is an immature bird, was around for 5 minutes.

P.s. Over the last few weeks 4 kestrels in the early morning chasing, diving , swooping and harassing everything in the sky.
