Broad-winged Hawk??

I think this is a broad-winged Hawk? Not sure though, I can't see his toe/leg colour clearly. It does have a short tail. Any thoughts?

Looks like a red tail hawk to me, but I'm not 100% sure.

I think you are right with (juvenile) Broad-winged Hawk, indistinct bands on tail and a hint of moustache stripes.

Nice shot.... I agree with Thouc on Broad-winged.  Nice markings on tail.

Thanks for the help. It was close to dusk, so it was almost too dark. As I was taking this, a Great horned owl flew out of the tree to my left, and scared the hawk away. Maybe I'll get a shot of the owl next time!
