Highlights today were 2 Long-billed Dowithchers and White-rumped Sandpipers. I saw a couple of small shorebirds with white rumps, but I got confused with the standing birds between Dunlin in winter plumage, White-rumped Sandpipers and Baird's Sandpipers when I was there. When I checked out at home I realized the ones with longer bills were Dunlins. Two birds that i thought were Baird's when I was there might have been the White-rumped Sandpipers I saw in flight. What I believe was a Cooper's Hawk made a go for the shorebirds and was successful I think, but it all went by very quickly.
