RFI... What's this bird?

I've seen a number of these guys the past week in my area (West Toronto/Etobicoke).  I'm thinking a Vireo or some sort maybe.  This is the best clear view shot I have captured so far.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a ruby-crowned kinglet. Normally move way too fast for pictures.
