Hi everyone. My mom & I were walking around Lake Wabukayne today between 11:30am-12:00pm and again between 1:00-1:30pm. Sighted the following:
Black Ducks (f) x 2
Blue Jays x 2
Chickadees - lots
Cardinals x 4 (2m, 2f)
Mallards - lots
Merlin x 1 - a pleasant surprise!
Mourning Doves x 2
Red-breasted Nuthatches - lots
Wood Duck (male) x 1 - swimming around West end of lake by the dock.
Lake Wabukayne: NE corner of Glen Erin Dr./Windwood Dr., behind condo and school.
