Last summer there were two young red-tailed hawks born to our neighborhood, over the Asenal Lands near Marie Curtis Park, on Wednesday I saw them both flying about, screeching,
it was strange, they would circle then meet up and then spiral together then separate..
I stood there in awe and of course did not get photos, it was just really great to watch.
now I thought this was a mating ritual for hawks when they did this, and..I was just curious (question to our Hawk Experts here)..
If a male and female are born into the same nest..would they eventually mate?
thanks
Irene
