A first for myself and Angie...  an American Coot...  who was in a mix of a whack of Mallards down by Snug Harbor Restaurant in Port Credit.  A pretty neat looking shore bird we were happy to watch for quite some time this afternoon.

Congrats on a new one Rob.....and you can even see those huge feet under the water :)

I'm going to have to Google or check the books to see how big these feet are.  

I'm still amazed at how much water fowl we get in the GTA through the winter now that we are taking notice to them.
