I saw lots of monarchs about six weeks ago in St. Maarten! :) A year ago today the high was 19C and I was out shooting mourning cloaks and eastern commas in the park across the street. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the outlook for the next week or so (except for Monday) is for near normal temps or even slightly below normal (normal is about 5C).

I'm looking forward to it too!  I went to the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls with some friends a few weeks ago.  It was a great opportunity to see so many colourful and beautiful species.  Bring on the good weather!!
