I would offer Bronte Creek PP. It is about 20-30min from Toronto. They do charge a entrance fee but not much ($12-15) and there are portable washrooms unlike other areas where they are still closed. Last week I was there and found
lots of bluebirds
mocking birds
brown creepers
downy & hairy woodpeckers
Pileated woodpecker
both nuthatches
Cooper & Red-tail hawks
LEO's but only found evidence none seen, may have left for north
And the from the posting on Friday, the field where the Horned larks, snow bunting, and lapsurs is just south of the park, 1km
